17F Sorry this is gross but last year i noticed a few spots like this across my back and side connecting to my chest. My hygiene was bad because of depression so i assumed it was built up dirt. i’ve myself into a habit of showering almost everyday now and after my shower they lighten almost as if its gone but come back the next day or so, i’ve also also noticed it’s been spreading theres a spot on my belly button now too. Does anyone know what exactly this is and how to help? Thanks
