Found a bump on the back of my head close to area where the head and neck attach. It’s been there for around 2 years by memory and remembering at the time that I was there a lot longer before then in the memory, and before covid before as a vague memory. Feels soft, but still keeps it form. No feeling of dryness or crustyness. No bleeding, oozing, or indent. No sign of irration around the bump normally and doesn’t irritate easliy. It doesn’t hurt when pushing my nail into it. It seems attached to the surface level of the skin. The dimentions of the bump seem to be 3mm width, 4mm length, less than 1mm in height, and doesn’t seem to have any depth. When I try pushing down on it, there’s no pain and I just feel the muscle underneath it. As far as I can tell there’s been no change since I first noticed it, though haven’t been monitoring it monthly. Just randomly found a few times over the years I’ve had it. The bump is blanchable, it only gets a little bit whiter when pressing on it.

The one time I did irritate it and it scabed, it healed in about 5 days and there was no change in form.

It doesn’t feel attached to the muscle. Tried lifting my head to loosen the skin the area, and pressed down on the skin next to it and I could feel the skin area with bump move up. This means it’s not attached to the muscle right?

There has been no known changes since it first began. I’ve been closely monitoring it for the last 18 days with no changes. My mom looked over it everytime I found it since I first found it. She vaugely remembers it being before covid too, but with no exact memories.

No history of cancer other than my dad, my grandpa from my moms side, my grandma my mom’s side, and a aunt. My dad has 4 brothers and sisters all cancer free. All of them can be explained by environmental factors like drinking and smoking for my grandma, grandpa, and my aunt. My dad getting heavy sun burns as a kid and getting weekly uv treatments. None of the cancer was skin related other than my dad which happened after the uv treatments started. My mom does ancestry and can conform multiple generations of no cancer other than those few exceptions.

As for me no history of drinking, smoking, a couple minor sun burns as a kid, and maybe once or twice as a adult but still minor. I tend to tan instead of burn other than by water. I did work 5 years outside pushing carts in michigan weather. I used sunscreen spf-50 during the summer for like the first 3 years of it.

Been watching over it daily over the last couple weeks, and no changes.
