[Product Request] Skin Left Ruined By Benzoyl Peroxide

Hi guys, I used benzoyl peroxide 3%/antibiotic 1% literally ONCE and this is my skin approx. 5 days later.

It feels so rough and dry, but it’s not even flaking off? It also stings whenever I put sudocreme or nivea night cream on.

I was told to stop using all skincare, especially moisturisers because apparently I need to dry my skin out to get rid of my acne. But I didn’t want this to happen! So I’m looking for product suggestions.

I was also using the CeraVe SA cleanser daily until yesterday so that’s probably not helped with the dryness or whatever this is as it was making my face so tight after use. I’ve stopped using it now.

I really don’t know what products to use on this without causing breakouts. I’m lost.

I want to get back into skincare, but I’m really confused because I have dry cheeks, a flakey oily nose and an oily forehead and chin (only oily by the end of the day) and I also suffer from hormonal acne. There’s just so many different issues I feel like treating one of the problems will just exacerbate the other so I’m scared to use anything but I can’t live with this skin anymore.
