I received my box today. After doing some research, I found that the Fenty Highlighter that was included, was pulled from the shelves in 2019 due to its name (Geisha Chic). I attached an email from Fenty confirming it was manufactured in 2018. I also received a Clarins Joli Rouge Velvet Lipstick and upon opening, it was pretty damaged. I reached out to Clarins but they couldn’t find the batch code due to it being a previous version. I have reason to believe its also expired. I am about to reach out to the other companies that were included in the box.
This is actually the second time I received an expired product. The first time was a Smashbox Lipstick duo. I decided to give them another chance because this box looked nice. I absolutely regret it. I had some points and used them to get an item from their shop. I ordered it the same day as the box but it wasn’t included. I know they’re going to say I will get it in my next box but I absolutely want nothing to do with them. I also paid $6+ shipping ($15+ total) on it so why the heck would they charge shipping if its suppose to come with the box??
